What is our return policy?
If you are completely not satisfied with your purchase ,you can send it back to us that with any damage during the shipment or wrong item or type.
-you have two weeks time to return an item from the date you received it.
-to be eligible for a return ,your item must be in the same condition as you received it must be kept it original packaging and proof of purchase must be shown as well.
How about postage charges for return item ?
Customer would have to bare for the postage fees shipped back to use during the return process ,then we will refund a maximum of RM3.00 for west Malaysia, Rm6.00 for east Malaysia for your return shipping charges to your account.
How can I return the purchase?
Kindly email us for your inquiry to WinnieFashionShop97@gmail.com with the subject name “Return Item” . We will assist you as soon as possible . Please allow us for 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed. To make the process run smoothly and faster,do a email for your inquiry with picture of your item of matter&condition
How long will it takes?
Please allow us a maximum of 14 working days from the date we receive your return package to you.

How soon will I receive the refund ?
Once we receive your returned item. We will inspect it and notify you that we have your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item .if you want to use your refund without waiting for your return to process,you can select the instant refund option. Kindly send us a email before you select it.
